Hi Rupesh,

Sometime back even i had the same query and as per SAP it is standard functionality that view details will be disabled during Mitigation control assignments.

Please check the below SAP notes for the same.

1911146 - View Details is grey out in the Mitigation Control Assignment Approver screen
