It seems you forgot to specify the source of your information here, as it's directly taken from SAP note 1602674.
Naming the source of information isn't just good style, it helps on maximizing the value and credibility of your response and increases reusability.
Additionaly it would also feature this important troubleshooting note better, actually we adjust its content constantly and soon will rework it completly.
I'm convinced that any static republishing is neither a professional nor effective option here.
