Import Po duty change

Hi Experts,

           One Import PO Duty amount was entered wrong and part qty goods are in warded in the same,whether we can make changes and correct the duty amount in the same.

We tried correcting and amending the PO with the correct duty value but the system is not permitting because partial goods have got in warded.

Please provide solution.
