Agentry - Images not being published with app

Hi,

I'm implementing Rounds Manager 2.3 on Agentry 6.0.22. Using the Win32 cleint.

I have created some images and am using them for a logo in my development environment. When I publish to development I can see the images in the following location

\ServerDev\Application\Development\Images

and they render as expected on the client.

When I publish to my UAT environment (Dev and Prod server) the images do not render as expected

In the UAT dev server - I can see an .agdz file has been generated with todays date, however there is also a .bmp file with an old date which is the old logo image. When I run the app I see the old logo image.

Is there something I am missing during the publish to replace the Image? Obviously in the UAT prod server I don't have an images folder to look at as everything is wrapped up in the application  app.agdz
