I hope this should be the server/host issue.
When scheduling the process chain it will ask for server you should give the correct server name.
From the log u attached, i could see the path of the excel file is in path'/usr/sap/BWP/DVEBMGS00/exe/tp'.
Check the from which server you are able to access this path. And then you have to schedule the process chain in that particular server.
You can check the server available in you system in T-code 'SM51'.

One more hint. You can select the 'failed job from process chain' and 'successful job when you repeat' in SM37 and change the layout of SM37 by including executing server. If there is difference in the server, then this could be the reason. Then remove the process chain from schedule and schedule it in the server you found for successful job.
