I am not able to get the basic config and scenarios from SAP Help as the Path: SAP Best Practices --> Baseline Packages --> Based on SAP ECC 5.00 --> Select Country: for eg, Localized for India --> Technical Information....from the bold text the link is not opening. I am not sure if it is a system issue or I need to have some paid or special access.

Can you please let me know what is takes to get the docs.
