Hi Jim,
To view the report in VS click on the project and Add -> Existing Item and browse to the report. This should open the report up and add a copy of the report to your app folder.
But the info is not clear...
If you want to view the report in your application you have to add the Crystal Reports Viewer to a form:

Then to view the report assign it to the viewer, or you can use the File Open method and select the report to open:
