Different UOM in Planning book Non ECC

Hello Experts

We have following requirement for a non ECC system and ECC system (Considering both systems)

1. display KF in different unit of measure for different countries.

2. Update Forecast in different currencies .

3. remove inactive CVC from current planning process.

4. providing security on planning book/data view so only different user cannot access other users data .

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
