Hi Selvam,

 

Check note 653749, check the following customizing settings.
   Transcation SPRO -> Customer Relationship Management ->Master Data ->Business
   Partner -> Specify Display Options for Business Transactions
   for entry IH:
       check the time frame and the status which ever you wish to see
