Please follow below steps -

1.maintain email addresses in SU01

2.create alert category in ALRTCATDEF, provide here recipients which you maintained in SU01

3. Set alert rules in RWB

4. Set SCOT configuration. make sure you give Domain name here and check a box Node is in use

5. You can test your alerts by running program RSALERTTEST in SE38
