Create an Idoc ORDERS05 manually in SAP

Hello,

Is it possible to create "manually" in SAP,  an ORDERS05 IDoc (I believe this Idoc create/change sales orders) ?

I can display this Idoc structure in WE30, but i dont know how to create a Idoc that can I run (an inbound Idoc)
