Hi,
1.You can create a single publication in CMC and add multiple report in that to schedule the reports.Please refer the below link to schedule the reports.

2. You can set the email in Destination part of the scheduling/publication. If you have set the Enterprise recipients in scheduling then Destination will use the placeholder for the email address.
3. You can format the the date in BO and at Oracle end also(to_char function will help).
