Hi Yaaa , thanks,,, for the information, but this is something which when we create and appointment and you will use the copy control.

Now after creating an appointment go to the Account to see the INTERACTION HISTORY assignemnt block you see Employee responsible shown 'no text available' and even on planned/Interaction history assignment block.

I hope this is clear.
