No Destination storage bin to be found in storage type

Hello Experts,

I have a issue in LT09 transaction with MVT 999 in SAP box created for an project.

During the TO creation l put the Dest Storage bin and them l hit click under tab "create trans.order"  the system is not determinate the destination section and storage bin  automatically and in production this is happened.

I compared all configuration  between project SAP box and Production and all is ok. ( Putaway strategies, strategies etc ) also I compared the material and I did not  found differences.

Could you please help me?
