Hi everyone,
I noticed that for a user's access rights, the "Manage My Area" work center lists all of the work centers possible and are subsequently broken down by different user types (Standard Enterprise, SCM Enterprise, CRM Sales Team User etc.). For most of our line managers, they are only responsible for a few approval tasks, but we are definitely over-assigning "Manage My Area" items. Could you please help identify which MMA views we need to assign to achieve the following?:
User role: Line Manager
1. Approve expense reports of team (is My Team sufficient? Or do we need Expenses and Reimbursement Management?)
2. Approve leave requests of team
3. Approve shopping cart purchase orders
4. Approve purchase orders
5. Approve project baseline
