How to copy a customer with ref to existing customer for custom fields in a new screen group in XD01

Hi folks,

In XD01, I have added a new a screen group which consists of some custom fields.When I create a new customer by copying an existing customer the custom fields do not get copied.

Is there a BADI or a user exit which helps me acheive this functionality??

Alternatively if I want to upload these custom fields via a BDC program or LSMW I donot find my newly added screen group in the recording session. I cannot proceed to populate the custom fields in this way either.

Looking for a solution.
