Hello Mitesh,
Find the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Open the Work Inbox of NWBC
- Select the Work Item Id of the request to be deleted
NOTE:If work item ID is not shown in your inbox then you can make the field visible using Settings -> Select Work Item Id -> Add button -> Apply button
- Once the work item ID is identified, logon to GRC system and enter the transaction ‘SWWL’.
- Enter only the work Item ID and remove all the field and execute it
- Select that entry and delete it and Check If the work item is deleted from the work inbox
