a)to look for info wherever it may be,
b)use the SAP sandpit to experiment, with requirements / scenarios gathered from various sources - incl.discussions with HR/Payroll SMEs, administrators, etc.
It is ok
- to make mistakes as it helps you to find reasons and learn.
However DO NOT MOVE SUCH ERRORS to QA clients till you have tested enough in Dev Test client.
- to ask someone to help you understand.
