Thanks for your help, according to your guide, I can cancel the last released version of segment, but the cancel release action can do just one time, when I tried to cancel the second release, the system prompt "Error while resetting release of segment xxxxx" (see the attached screen), in the screen , you can see I not only need cancel the 010 version, but also the 009, I want to use the 008 as the IDOC outbound version, but I just canceled the 010, can not cancel the 009, could you help to check how to cancel the 009?
another question, do any other way to solve my question? I want the identity the output segment release of IDOC outbound file, I can see there is a option "Seg. release in IDOC type" in the partner profiles: outbound parameters (WE20), what's that means? there are too many segments in one IDOC files, every segment has difference release, if the identity the value is "700", but some segments didn't have this release ( may lower than it , may higher than it, but not always have a release version same as the 700), which release version will be used for those segments while the IDOC outbound file be generated? I tried identity the parameter as "700", but generate the outbound file is error, just when I tick the "continue despite conversion error" on we21, but I don't what errors was ignored when I tick the option.
