Yes, you understanding is correct.. But here it's a MSS application..
Let take your example.. If You(Manager) login to comp. page to plan budget for your reportee, then I shouldn't be allow to plan for same employee..
So If I go with your option, then i should lock Manager PERNR in backend which is not right because same manager will open benefit enrollment form(for eg) and do some change & try to save. While manager save the form, then it will cause an issue when we lock the PERNR..
Could you help me, is there any way to know whether you(Manager) login to particular WD page..
