By the way Niladri as Suman recommend we should find a person which system creates this time type(9016) for him/her to see how system generates it.
I recommend find it by PT_BAL00. Run it for the same date and put time type as 9016 to see is there anybody system generates time type 9016 at the same date. If you could not find on same date try find another date.
Go PT60 and run it for this person and check the PCRs out to find in which PCR system generates this time type. Then we should consider this rule for our EE to see why system does not generate it for this EE.
