Hi Kiran
Please check transaction /SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN if Planning Area is active(Green) and does not have any inconsistencies(Time Series Consistency Check).
Secondly you can try loading data for the selection in the Planning Book, if there is an error. As Ada suggested - go to Macro Workbench - Macro book - Regenerate the macros.
