So,
- Correct maintenance plan is maintained.
- MICs are assigned to this MP
- Equipment is assigned to MP
- Eqp. is not assigned to any other MP.
- Inspection lot is generated with CRTD status but task list is assigned
- Sampling is not reqd thus not maintained.
- Inspection points are maintained.
Then I would need you to check one last thing. In the Inspection type , pl check for the indicators 'Inspect by task list' and 'Record char results'. Make sure they are ticked on.
If it is also Ok, then you would have to wait for an expert to solve this. And I'm going to follow this thread to find the possible reason along with you .
