Hi Ahmad,
If line item is not cleared so it can be displayed in open items list compulsorily. Please come out of that screen and then open FBL3N once again and check this item is in clear/open items list first.If it is cleared so pls reverse the clearing docs via FBRA and then try to clear original doc via FB08. Else pls reverse the original doc via FB08.
And go to FB03 and check that doc first it got cleared or not. If you are clearing this doc through F110, so pls check any errors in the proposal items list. So please rectify those and try to clear that one.
