Whether you are using the HRFORMS or PE51 configuration for displaying the payslip in ESS. Check the HRFOR feature .
If the pay slip is working for other employees then the same should work for the above employee anyways please check the feature and in case if you are using the PE51 then check for the variant whether the same is properly maintained in the feature EDTIN.
