Please check SAP Note 401646.

DataSource 0FI_AR_4 uses a time stamp delta mechanism. At the end of the note you can find some information on the "safety time interval" (in days). Default is 1 day which I consider as the minimum.

According to me the solution should be found in "minute based extraction".
