You can define the following relationship:
- Between P and Q it will be A032 fulfills
- Between S and Q it will be A031 requires
- Between D and Q it will be A028 imparts
When an employee pass the course, by the follow up action he can get the Qualification/Qualification group and after that you can see this qualification in IT0024 etc.(The qualification will be updated to the employee profile during the follow up)
