Re: Off-Cycle payment for inactive employee

Hi,

• Unlock the employees..

• Change employment status as "Active"

E.g.

Suppose employee has left on June& you want to run annual bonus on "Dec" month.... for inactive employee...

1. Enter LWP for 5 to 6 months & Uncheck"PF", "LWF", PTAX" "ESI" or delimit from June..

         (This will not make any impact on Statutory Compliance)..

• Run Offcycle for those employees...   (This will ensure smooth process)

• Generate the report (Wage type report) & do the posting
• Finally change employment status as "Inactive" & "Lock those employees"....
