Authorization objects not working in Quality System

Dear Experts,

I've created custom authorization objects and assigned that authroization objects in custom roles. I've one dropdown namely countries with list of country values in one of my webdynpro component.

And i'm population that countries DDBK values based on authorizations which the user have.This functionality works fine in my development system. But after transporting the request to my quality system,it suddenly stops working even though i imported all the authorization objects and roles into my quality system.

I tried placing a break-point in the AUTHORITY-CHECK statement.But for the user for whom the role is not assigned, instead of returning sy-subrc = 4,it is returning sy-subrc = 0. And i could not ablt to figure out the issue.And inturn the user can able to see all the values of country DDBK.

Please help me out to reslove the issue.
